Quick answer
How does commercial waste collection work in Kent?
Kent businesses must transfer waste only to a registered carrier and keep a written description of it. We survey your bins, right-size the service, deliver containers and collect on a fixed schedule from £14 per week, issuing annual waste transfer documentation covering every repeat collection.

What compliance actually requires of you
Your duty of care does not transfer to us when the van drives away — it is a shared obligation. You must describe the waste accurately, check that whoever takes it is registered, and be able to produce documentation on request.
In practice that means three things: a carrier registration you have verified on the Environment Agency's public register, a written description of the waste covering the EWC codes involved, and transfer notes retained for at least two years. We supply the second and third automatically, and publish the first so you can check it.
Where Simpler Recycling rules apply, you also need dry recyclables and food waste separated from general waste. We build that separation into the collection schedule rather than leaving you to retrofit it under enforcement pressure.
