There are no fuel, congestion, stair or weekend surcharges in Allhallows. Only weight-based waste such as soil, rubble and concrete, and specialist items like fridges (£70) and commercial fridges (£120), are priced separately.

Book before 11am and same-day collection is usually available in Allhallows, otherwise next working day including Saturdays, with a two-hour arrival window and a call when the crew is en route. We collect Monday to Friday 7am–7pm, Saturday 7am–5pm and Sunday 9am–4pm. Load size does not change availability — a 3-cubic-yard quarter load and a 12-cubic-yard full load are booked on the same slots, and larger clearances are scheduled as consecutive loads on the same day.

Will you dismantle furniture that will not fit through the door?

Yes. The crew carries hand tools and dismantles wardrobes, bed frames and modular units as standard. There is no additional charge unless dismantling takes more than about half an hour, in which case we agree it with you first.

Can you take furniture from an upstairs flat?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and there is no stairs surcharge. Tell us the floor and whether there is a lift when you book so we can allow enough time in the slot.

What happens to furniture that is still usable?

Accepted Answer

It goes to reuse. We work with Kent charity warehouses and furniture reuse projects, and anything in sound, clean condition with fire labels intact is offered there before it is treated as waste.
