Quick answer
How does a rubbish removal collection work?
Send photos or a description, receive a fixed all-in price covering labour, transport and disposal, then a two-person crew attends, loads everything, sweeps the area and leaves. A digital waste transfer note is emailed within 24 hours confirming lawful disposal.

Key takeaways
- Photo quotes remove the need for a site visit in most cases
- The price is fixed before loading, and drops if the load is smaller
- You do not need to move anything to the kerb
- The transfer note arrives by email within 24 hours
Stage 1: the quote
Two or three photos taken from a doorway are usually enough. We price by the space the waste will occupy in the van, plus any access factors — a third-floor flat with no lift takes longer than a driveway.
For commercial jobs, or anything where volume is genuinely unclear, we will do a free site visit across Kent rather than guess.
Stage 2: booking and arrival
You get a two-hour arrival window and a call when the crew is en route. Book before 11am on a weekday and same-day slots are usually available across Kent; weekend collections run Saturday and Sunday.
The crew confirms the load matches the quote before starting. If it has grown, you approve the revised figure before anything moves.
Stages 3 and 4: loading and paperwork
The crew carries everything out — upstairs, loft, garden, garage — dismantles what will not fit through a doorway, loads with materials segregated for correct routing, and sweeps the loading area.
Payment is taken on completion by card or bank transfer. The digital waste transfer note, naming both parties and our carrier registration, is emailed within 24 hours.
